1. Oggetto
I presenti Termini e Condizioni disciplinano la vendita del libro in formato digitale (PDF) attraverso il sito www.matteolee.it (di seguito, il “Sito”). L’acquisto del PDF implica l’accettazione integrale e senza riserve dei presenti Termini e Condizioni.
2. Prodotti
Il prodotto in vendita è un libro in formato PDF, scaricabile dopo il completamento del pagamento.
Il file è destinato ad uso esclusivamente personale e non commerciale. È vietata la riproduzione, distribuzione, condivisione o vendita del PDF, in qualsiasi forma, senza il consenso scritto dell’autore.
3. Prezzi e Pagamenti
I prezzi dei prodotti sono indicati sul Sito e sono comprensivi di IVA ove applicabile.
Il pagamento avviene tramite le modalità disponibili al momento dell’acquisto. Il download del prodotto sarà reso disponibile solo dopo la conferma dell’avvenuto pagamento.
4. Consegna
Dopo il pagamento, il cliente riceverà un link per scaricare il PDF.
Il link è personale, non cedibile e può avere una durata limitata. È responsabilità del cliente effettuare il download e conservarne copia.
5. Diritto di Recesso e Rimborsi
Ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 1, lett. o) del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il diritto di recesso non si applica alla fornitura di contenuti digitali mediante supporto non materiale, qualora l’esecuzione sia iniziata con l’accordo espresso del consumatore.
Pertanto, una volta completato l’acquisto e ricevuto il link di download, non è previsto alcun rimborso.
6. Proprietà Intellettuale
Il contenuto del PDF è protetto dalle leggi sul diritto d’autore. Tutti i diritti sono riservati.
L’acquirente non acquisisce alcun diritto di proprietà intellettuale sul prodotto, ma solo una licenza d’uso personale e non esclusiva.
7. Limitazione di Responsabilità
L’autore non è responsabile per eventuali problemi tecnici, malfunzionamenti o incompatibilità dei dispositivi dell’utente con il file PDF.
È responsabilità del cliente verificare di avere i requisiti tecnici per la lettura del file.
8. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente
I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalla legge italiana.
Per qualsiasi controversia sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Milano.

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the digital book (PDF) through the website www.matteolee.it (hereinafter, the “Website”).
By purchasing the PDF, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product
The product for sale is a book in PDF format, available for download after the payment has been completed.
The file is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale of the PDF, in any form, without the author’s written consent, is strictly prohibited.
3. Prices and Payments
Product prices are indicated on the Website and include VAT where applicable.
Payment can be made using the methods available at the time of purchase. The download of the product will only be available after payment has been successfully processed.
4. Delivery
After payment, the customer will receive a link to download the PDF.
The link is personal, non-transferable, and may have a limited validity period. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and safely store the file.
5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content delivered via a non-material medium, once the execution has started with the consumer’s explicit agreement.
Therefore, once the purchase has been completed and the download link has been received, no refunds will be issued.
6. Intellectual Property
The content of the PDF is protected by copyright laws. All rights are reserved.
The purchaser does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the product but only a personal, non-exclusive license for its use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The author shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, malfunctions, or incompatibilities of the customer’s devices with the PDF file.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the technical requirements to read the file.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
